By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the platform 601bet, available at 601bet.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all product-specific rules available on the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you — referred to herein as "Member" — and 601bet. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the platform and must discontinue access immediately.

Accepting these Terms is a mandatory requirement for account creation. Continued use of the platform after any Terms update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Member": any individual who has created a registered and verified account on 601bet.
• "Account": the Member's individual, non-transferable profile on the 601bet platform, linked to a unique CPF.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited by the Member or derived from bonus withdrawals where the rollover has already been met, available for betting or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": funds credited as a promotional bonus, subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before conversion to real balance or availability for withdrawal.
• "Rollover" (also known as wagering requirement or turnover): the total amount the Member must wager using bonus funds before converting them to real balance and requesting a withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): the identity verification process required by 601bet to validate an account and process withdrawals.
• "Pix": Brazil's instant payment system operated by the Banco Central do Brasil, available 24 hours a day, every day.

To create an account on 601bet and use any service on the platform, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years completed by the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform.
• Not be an employee, employee's family member, or service provider of 601bet or any of its direct partners.
• Acting on your own behalf — registrations made by third parties on behalf of others are strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only a single account at 601bet. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or bank account — is considered a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible retention of any pending balances pending investigation.

By registering, the Member confirms that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. 601bet reserves the right to request proof of any submitted information at any time.

A 601bet requires identity verification (KYC process) to ensure transaction security and compliance with legal obligations. Verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back, clearly legible;
• CPF or proof of registration status with the Receita Federal;
• Recent proof of address (within the last 90 days) in the account holder's name;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used for withdrawal.

Documents must be submitted in good resolution, without cropping or alterations. The review period is up to 2 (two) business days after full submission. While KYC review is in progress, withdrawals are temporarily suspended.

601bet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials, sharing account access with third parties, or using the account on public devices without taking proper precautions.

Account details can be updated in the member area. Changes to critical information — CPF, date of birth, or linked bank account — may require new identity verification (KYC).

A 601bet accepts deposits made exclusively through the following payment methods available in Brazil:

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, every day, with instant credit to the 601bet account;
• Bank slip (Boleto): settlement within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit card: from the major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• Debit card: linked to a checking account at a Brazilian bank;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: transfer via Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Transfer: through Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions authorized by the Central Bank.

All deposits must be made by the Member themselves, from a bank account or digital wallet registered in their name and CPF. 601bet does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made through methods not listed above will be declined and returned to the sender.

The maximum deposit amount per transaction may be limited by your chosen payment method. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for most members, subject to risk analysis and account VIP level.

Withdrawals at 601bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the Member's name and CPF. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. 601bet charges no withdrawal fee — the amount requested is the amount received in the Member's account.

Processing times vary according to the Member's VIP level:

• Bronze and Silver: within 2 hours of the request;
• Gold: up to 30 minutes after request;
• Elite: instant processing.

For the first withdrawal, completion of the full KYC process is required, including submission and approval of a photo ID and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals are processed without the need for re-verification, except in cases involving changes to banking details or suspected fraud.

601bet reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 or in situations where unusual activity patterns are detected. In such cases, the processing time may be extended by up to 5 (five) business days.

Bonus balance is not available for direct withdrawal. Only the real balance — consisting of your own deposits and any bonus balance with a completed rollover — can be withdrawn.

A 601bet offers a range of promotions for new and existing members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, poker freerolls, free spins, and a four-tier VIP program. The use of any bonus is subject to the rules described in this section and in the specific terms of each promotion.

8.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. The current standard amount is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, with a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount received, valid for 30 days from activation.

8.2 Rollover — How It Works

The rollover is calculated solely on the bonus amount received — not on the deposit plus the bonus. Example: a R$ 100.00 deposit generates a R$ 100.00 bonus. A 30x rollover = R$ 3,000.00 in total bets placed with bonus balance to convert it into real balance.

Different games contribute different percentages toward the rollover:

• Slots: 100% contribution;
• Live Casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution;
• Sports Betting with odds above 1.50: 100% contribution;
• Sports Betting with odds below 1.50: 0% contribution;
• Crash games: 50% contribution;
• Poker tournaments: 100% contribution; cash poker: 20% contribution.

8.3 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses in real balance (not on bets placed with bonus funds). The percentage varies by VIP level: 5% at Bronze, 7% at Silver, 10% at Gold, and 15% at Elite. Weekly cashback is credited every Monday with no rollover — available for withdrawal or immediate play. The maximum weekly cashback is R$ 500.00.

8.4 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may activate only one deposit bonus at a time;
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the rollover cancels the active bonus — only the real balance will be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• 601bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion with 7 days' prior notice;
• Members showing signs of bonus abuse — wagering across multiple accounts, systematic hedging, or using third-party accounts — may have their bonuses cancelled and accounts closed.

Sports Betting at 601bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana and the major European leagues), MMA, UFC, basketball (NBA and NBB), volleyball, tennis, e-sports and other sports as available.

9.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body after the event concludes. For football, the score at the end of 90 minutes (plus stoppage time) is the official result for settlement purposes — except in specific markets that explicitly include extra time or penalties.

9.2 Cancelled and Refunded Bets

Bets may be cancelled and the amount refunded to the real balance in the following cases: event not held, postponement beyond 36 hours, abandonment before 90% of regulation time is completed, or a technical error identified by 601bet. In multiple bets (accumulators), a cancelled selection is treated as odds of 1.00.

9.3 Odds Errors

601bet reserves the right to correct manifest odds errors — values visibly out of line with the market — before or after settlement. Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided, with the amount returned to the real balance. 601bet will make decisions on error cases based on the principle of good faith and will notify affected members accordingly.

9.4 Live Betting

In live (in-play) betting, 601bet may temporarily suspend markets during critical moments such as goals, cards, or ongoing VAR reviews. Bets placed during a suspension period may be refused or voided. Delays in live streams are normal — live betting is settled based on official event data, not the stream received by the Member.

Live Casino games — blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows — are streamed in real time from professional studios with live dealers. On the poker, 601bet offers tournaments and cash tables. In tournaments, the rake (commission) is deducted from the prize pool before prizes are distributed, as indicated for each tournament. Technical malfunctions — game freezes, disconnections during an active poker hand, or slot interruptions — are governed by the game provider's rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 601bet and will result in immediate account closure, balance cancellation and possible referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that automates bets or actions on the platform;
• Match-fixing, collusion with other players at poker tables, or in any other multiplayer game;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illicit financial activity;
• Repeatedly depositing and withdrawing without meaningful betting activity (fraudulent chargeback);
• Systematic exploitation of odds errors, technical glitches, or promotions unintentionally made available by 601bet;
• Use of third-party payment details without authorization;
• Any attempt to hack, overload, or compromise the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with 601bet.

601bet maintains continuous monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended with balances frozen until the review is complete.

The Member may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@601bet.best. The available real balance will be processed via Pix within the standard timeframe after the request is confirmed.

A 601bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
• Failed KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents;
• Discovery that the Member is under 18 years of age;
• Confirmed duplicate accounts;
• Permanent self-exclusion requested by the Member.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 601bet will review each situation individually to determine how balances are handled. Funds linked to confirmed fraudulent activity may be withheld. Balances of confirmed legitimate origin will be returned to the Member once the investigation is complete.

A 601bet is actively committed to responsible gambling. Betting should be a form of entertainment — never a means of generating income, paying debts, or solving financial problems. If betting stops feeling like fun, seek help before the situation escalates.

The platform offers the following self-control tools, available in the member area:

• Deposit Limits: set maximum limits per day, week, or month. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period;
• Session time limits: automatic alerts when a session reaches the configured time limit;
• Temporary self-exclusion: breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months — activated immediately with no need to contact support;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes access to the account. Members with an active self-exclusion will not receive any promotional communications.

A 601bet is not liable for any financial losses resulting from bets placed by the Member, regardless of context or circumstance. The Member acknowledges that betting involves risk and that the amount wagered may be lost.

601bet is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions for technical maintenance, with advance notice whenever possible;
• Internet outages, network instability, or hardware issues on the Member's end;
• Betting decisions based on incorrect information obtained from sources outside the platform;
• Lost opportunities from being unable to place bets during scheduled maintenance periods;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

601bet's maximum liability to any Member, under any circumstances, is limited to the actual balance available in the Member's account at the time of the event giving rise to the liability.

The processing of personal data at 601bet is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this site and in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
